Dr. Jeffrey M. Kelly

Executive Director/CEO

Jeff brings more than two decades of rich experience as both a pastor and professional counselor, walking alongside individuals and families with insight forged through years of hands-on ministry and counseling experience. His work has also extended into higher education, where he served as Director of Counseling in a university setting while teaching, training, and speaking to a wide-range of issues.

Jeff holds a master’s degree in theology with a concentration in counseling and, in 2023, successfully defended his Doctor of Ministry thesis at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, under the mentorship of Dr. Donald S. Whitney.

Married to his wife, Leyanah, for nearly 30 years, Jeff is a devoted husband and father of four. He and his family call Greenville, South Carolina home, where Jeff continues to serve with deep conviction and contagious passion—helping people move beyond survival toward lives marked by growth, hope, and true flourishing.

Jeremy VanDelinder

Counselor

Jeremy  brings a compassionate pastoral presence and a depth of real-world experience to his counseling work with individuals and families navigating suffering and hardship. His background as a pastor, an EMT, firefighter, and public safety officer has placed him on the front lines of crisis care, where he has spent more than two decades walking alongside people through trauma, loss, and life-altering events.

In addition to his public safety service, Jeremy has served in pastoral and chaplaincy roles. Jeremy is the co-author of Triumph Over Trauma (released July 2025), a book that equips individuals and leaders to understand trauma and build resilience. Currently, he is pursuing his D.Ed.Min. at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a concentration in Biblical Counseling.

Our Mission

Our mission is to partner with the local church as a supplement for soul care for the believer. We strive to deliver cost-effective counseling that is scripture-based and orthodox in practice. Our goal is to administer care that is specific to the issue the client is facing, relevant to the client's context, and administered in a reasonable period of time, working toward desired outcomes designed in session by the counselor and the client.

Our Values

We value our client's well-being and their connection with their local church as their main care provider. Our goal is not to replace your church or to create clients for life. We exist to provide careful, thoughtful soul-care in critical moments when acute care is needed.

― David A. Powlison, Good and Angry: Redeeming Anger, Irritation, Complaining, and Bitterness.

"Here is the sweet paradox in how God works. He blesses those who admit that they need help: The poor in spirit are blessed (Matthew 5: 3). Sanity has a deep awareness, I need help. I can’t do life right on my own. Someone outside me must intervene.... The sanity of honest humility finds mercy, life, peace, and strength."
